The interview process starts with the application submission, followed by an initial screening within a week. A phone screening is conducted a week later. The first round interview happens within 1-2 weeks, focusing on technical skills and cultural fit. If successful, you will complete assessments within a week. The second round interview occurs 1-2 weeks later, involving more in-depth questions. The final interview, typically with senior leadership, happens a week after the second round. If you pass, you will receive an offer within a week, followed by onboarding 2-4 weeks after accepting the offer. The entire process usually takes around 6-8 weeks.
